About Attic Coaching

Attic Coaching’s primary goal is to encourage others through coaching. We motivate and encourage by using a faith-based coaching solution. Attic Coaching’s main objective is to get our clients to look within the Attic. We encourage clients to delve deep within themselves to identify the problem and find simple solutions that require a change in mindset. Everything begins with the client; their willingness allows us to meet them right where they are.

2 Minutes in the Attic 8/1/26

I have been pondering over Job for weeks now. He lost everything. I guess what I am most surprised about in his story is that, while he sat in it, he did not try to rebuild. He truly waited on the Lord. It brings me to this verse, Job 13:15, “Though He slay me, I will HOPE in HIM. Nevertheless I will argue my ways before Him.” I must add Isaiah 40:31, “But they that WAIT upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

In our own afflictions, we as a troubled people try to take things into our own hands. I know I would have, but we have to remind ourselves that when our spiritual nature is tested, we can endure anything with Christ Jesus. 1 Corinthians 15:31, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

Final thought. Philippians 4:6-7, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
